Clients/Banks | Participating Financial Institutions
Hotspot FX Participating Financial Institutions include leading FX dealers, clearing banks and prime brokers. PFIs are fully integrated into the Hotspot FX marketplace as market makers and/or clearing banks/prime brokers.

Market Makers

Hotspot FX market maker banks include the world's top-rated FX dealing banks, who support the Hotspot FX marketplace by providing highly competitive, live, executable, streaming prices around the clock. Working with its bank market makers, Hotspot FX pioneered the first FX marketplace with live, executable, streaming multibank prices and it continues to refine the process.

Clearing Banks/Prime Brokers

Trades executed on Hotspot FX, Hotspot FX's institutional marketplace, are cleared through a network of top clearing banks and prime brokers. Hotspot FX was the first multibank marketplace to develop a prime brokerage clearing model. This innovation enables clients to trade anonymously with market maker banks and other clients via a single credit and operational counterparty--their Hotspot FX clearing bank.

Hotspot FX participating financial institutions include Bank of America, BNP Paribas, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, HSBC, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Newedge, Prudential Financial, Societe Generale, Standard Chartered, UBS and other leading FX dealers and clearing banks.

Hotspot FX's post-trade services are integrated with its clearing banks, enabling clients to begin trading on Hotspot FX through their existing bank relationships with seamless straight-through-processing and without the need to first integrate additional back-end systems.

Brokers

Clients may also access the Hotspot FX ECN via Hotspot FXr LLC and other FX brokers. These brokers maintain omnibus accounts with a Hotspot FX PFI, in effect, extending their credit lines on behalf of clients that may not desire or qualify for a direct PFI line.
